Job Description
    1- Site Compliance, H&S
    1.1- All statutory Compliances & Returns under the Electricity Board
    1.2- To Implement Health & Safety rules as per provision of various Laws & Aperam Safety Standards
    1.3- IMS Audit & other audit as per compliance of Electricity board.
    1.4- Compliance and approvals from the Electrical Boards.
    2- Project Planning & Execution / Plant Maintenance
    2.1 - To review and execute the electrical drawings along with Machine design.
    2.2 - To generate the RFQ, Coordination with supplier and finalisation.
    2.3 - To develop the team through continual guidance and training (technical and behavioural upskilling).
    2.4 - Preparing the Annual Departmental Budget and Periodically Review and submit report to the Plant head.
    2.5 - To monitor Planning and executing preventive maintenance of electrical and electronics for all machinery with the coordination of Production & Mechanical head.
    2.6 - To review & monitor costing and MIS for daily, monthly, quarterly and every 6 monthly.
    2.7 - Support the team in handling breakdowns and in carrying out root cause analysis.  
    2.8- Coordinate with Project management consultant (PMC) & EPC contractor for all Electrical related works & interface management
    2.9 - Supervise all PMC activities related to Electrical, ensure adequate resources are deployed to achieve project timelines, ensure project execution as per approved drawings,
    2.10 - Prepare project schedules; schedule work within time limits set by Project Manager; make engineering computations
    2.11 - Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors during the planning and risk-analysis stages of a project
    3- Automation, Electronics & Instrumentation
    3.1- Upgrade the automation of existing lines with recent softwares.
    3.2- Define new processing standards with latest electronics & Instrumentations
