Job Details

1.     Responsible to set quality processes/norms for Plastic thin wall containers/ IML containers as per the aesthetics and functional requirements of customers.

2.     Responsible for overall quality activities for sheet line, thermoforming as per the customer’s need.

3.     Audit of raw material blends running for all the products.

4.     Monitoring the quality functions of printing and sleeving products, printing test like print adhesion, print artwork, colour bleeding, migration test etc.

5.     Root cause analysis of Quality issues, Rejection and appropriate actions.  

6.     Identification and traceability of all the products.
