Job Details

·                  Responsible to set Process of Injection moulding operations.

·                  Optimization of cycle times and maintaining productivity.

·                  Plant running and managing Day to day activities of Production, Quality.

·                  Handling and maintaining robots and its accessories.

·                  Root cause analysis of Quality issues , Rejection and appropriate actions.  

·                  Coordination with Maintenance for effective Running of the department.

·                  Responsible to maintain Data and SAP Records and Reports.

·                  Responsible to maintain Food safety standards like BRC IOP / HACCP,FSSC etc.

·                  Planning for periodic maintenance.

·                  Ensure Timely completion Of Projects and Development activities.

·                  Organising & controlling of Manpower in the Department with optimum utilisation.

·                  Implementation and Maintaining 5s.

·                  Display and training to the workforce.

·                  Coordination with planning.

·                  Minimising wastage at all level.

·                  Consumption of re-grind material with proper planning.

Education Required- PGD-PPT / Diploma Plastic /B-tech Plastics

***Must have experience in Injection Moulding process, thermoforming process.

Product line required- IML Containers, Wall Containers****
