Job Details

·         Direct responsible for Engineering/NPD/Tool Design

·         Manage RFQ, study technical feasibility, prepare commercials, and respond to the Customer

Interact with Supplier for tool design, tool planning, trials, and solutions

·         To do Analysis and Propose Efficient and Effective Solutions

·         Utilization of know-how/lesson learned in a new tool

·         To ensure better part quality and higher productivity

·         MIS, Presentation, Budget & Resource Management

·         Mentoring and Continual Improvements

·         Improve Manufacturing and Tooling by adding value

·         Eliminate productivity loss on account of Tool Break down / Spare Management

·         Lead the NPD & Engineering team

·         Work in coordination with plant CFT team

·         Prepare tool DFM and participate in tool DFM discussion with customer 

·         Tool cost assessment
