| Job Description |
Candidate, preferably a law graduate with a minimum 5 years of experience in recovery (Soft and Hard) from Secured and Unsecured portfolios. NBFC experience will be an added advantage. · Candidate should be well versed with the laws and sections applicable for recovery from these loan products like – FPO (Unsecured), CBF (Secured one), Micro LAP (Secured one) and unsecured. · Candidate should have good laisoning with district courts in Delhi, UP East and Rajasthan. · Candidate should understand the title deeds of all kind of properties with a knowledge and execution experience of Registered Mortgage. · Candidate having knowledge of Marathi, Bangla languages apart from Hindi and English would be an added advantage. |
