Job Details

1.     Ensure monthly achievement of Budget, Production, inventory, WIP target withoptimumuseofResourcesof Man,Machine,Materialsetc

2.     Driveproduction-relatedinitiatives&ensurereductioninproductioncostand productrejection.

3.     Minimizescraps/wastageatvariousstagesofthe productionprocess.

4.     Control of Supply chain, Planning and Inventory control to ensureno deliveryfailure as per customer schedule.

5.     Ensureplantexpensesare maintained withinbudget(All Fixed and Variable costs)

6.     Reviewingandcontrollingnon-conformingproducts,analysisofcustomercomplaints and interacting with customers to providefull-proofsolutions to customer complaints.

7.     Planning the day-to-day production-related activities and allocating work forachieving monthlyproduction targets and manage entire Supply chain.

1.     Monitorthemanpowerdeployedontheshopfloorwiththeirskillsandtheproductionprocess.

2.     Performance review of subordinates & providing supervision for skill &competencyenhancement.

3.     Identify &trainthe needs of employees and coordinate with the HRDepartmentforimplementingprograms as per training requirements.

4.     Develop & motivate employees through training, job rotation, job enlargement etc.

5.     Responsibleforemployeehealth &safetyissuesasperstatutorycompliance.

6.     Ability to set priorities, and motivate and develop employees to become topperformers.

7.     Possessenthusiasmanddesiretomeetandexceedobjectives,andimproveperformance.

8.     Abilitytotakecalculatedrisksforimproving overallCompanyperformance
