Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for mould manufacturing planning and design review with designer.

1.     Set up the tool room department functions, machineries and manpower.

2.     New mould development and coordination.

3.     Hands on experience of hot runner thin wall container mould maintenance.

4.     Handling of out sourced tool machining work.

5.     Analysis of moulds issue and take corrective actions.

6.     Mould modification as per the improvement plan.

7.     Planning and maintain key spares of the moulds to eliminate downtime.

8.     Preventive maintenance of the moulds.

9.     Knowledge of thermoforming mould maintenance and development.

10.   Maintaining mould history.

11.   Take a lead to implement 5s, GMP, Hygiene, Kaizen, TQM etc.

12.   New moulds / processes validation.

13.   Preparation of SOPs for all the processes and monitoring its effectiveness.

14.   Display and training to the workforce.

15.   Timely and regular communication to operation/management.

We have opening for Mould Maintenance - AM for our client based at Maharashtra. We are looking for someone who has experience in Injection Moulding, Tool Room, NPD Etc.
