Job Details

Responsibilities: -

1. Execute Production as per Production Planning

2. Check the RM condition at the time of receipt and take necessary action if any abnormal.

3. Produce and Maintain quality of product as per customer specifications.

4. Plan grade change over according to grades and verify the grade change over activity.

5. Continuous Improvement towards the Reduction of GCO time and Process downtime.

6. Reduction of B grade generation towards to organization target

7. Prepare the production related documents and maintain them

8. Prepare Material balance report for each grade/lot.

9. Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed during the all activities.

10. Improve Plant performance through safety suggestion, Kaizen etc.

11. Maintain good housekeeping at shop floor.

12. All activities to be carried out as per safety Procedures
