Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.                  Responsible for overall Plant Operational activities to achieve optimum productivity of desired quality.

2.                  Responsible for Plant Profit & Losses.

3.                  Extraction with existing and new customer’s i.e MSIL/Non MSIL.

4.                  Proper Utilization of Man, Machine, Material (4M management) in Plant.

5.                  To monitor plan vs Actual OE/SPD supply in Plant.

6.                  Ensure Zero defect supply at customer end MSIL/Non MSIL.

7.                  Leading and monitor the team to achieve the organizational goal.

8.                  Regular involvement in plant improvement activities / Kaizens / 5S / VA VE Projects etc.

9.                  Initiate the Cost saving project related to Manpower/RM/Electricity/Plant Machinery etc.

10.              Coordinate of Internal/External Audits i.e  VSA, MACE activities,ISO/IATF,EMS,OHSAS documentation.

11.              Responsible for New Product Launch.

12.              Improvements, Creating system in plant.

13.              Any other assignment given by the Management.
