Job Details

§  Identifying the list of projects and organize in priority basis for implementation.

§  P&ID, justification, budget and time schedule preparation for management approval.

§  Plan and execute project activities with target date for completion.

§  Identify suitable vendor, project team, and fabrication & erection contract.

§  Project site work execution, Pre-commissioning activities and commissioning.

§  Preparation of project expenses against approved budget and issue project completion certificate.

§  Handing over the list of documents such as drawings, equipment catalogues, test certificate, warranty and operation /maintenance manuals.

§  Preparation of as built drawing after completion of the project.

o            - Implementation of Preventive and periodic maintenance check list.

o             - Identifying critical activities and providing suitable solution.

o              - Implement and maintain ISO 9001 system with continual improvement.
