       Exposure for new production line set-up & good cross functional work involvement

           Has good knowledge on local vendor database for fabrication, castings, pivot & bosses, laser/plasma/gas cutting etc. for the above-mentioned commodities.

         Experience in new vendor, facility development

          Co-ordinate with new suppliers, to co-ordinate with QA team for development & supplies.

          Technically sound in systems & knowledge of ISO / TS / QS.

         Should be a team player, good communication skills & project coordination and execution.

           Should have good understanding of manufacturing processes & be able to carry out cost & negotiation with suppliers / partners.

        Responsible for achieving cost targets by means of strategies / resources/ VE/ negotiations.

        To co-ordinate with local materials team for smooth transition of competes
