Responsibility to Supervise and Deliver :

·         Inspection of scissor lifts machines as per production plan(Sip1, Sip2, Hot test and PDI).

·         Man management through leaves approval, training, deployment.

·         Periodic audits (Torque audit, Hydraulic cleanliness audit, CTQ audit, Process audit).

·         Record and maintain accurate defect / unit data, Green ticket/Red machines data with relevant details.

·         Problem raising through PCM.

·         Initial root cause analysis for the issues detected in assembly line.

Essential knowledge & Experience:

·         JCB Production system /TPS/similar production system.

·         8D problem solving method.

·         7 QC tools.

·         At least 1 year experience in managing team of 5 people.
