JD :

·         Responsible for external communication, media relations, and content creation across media platforms

Key Performance Indicators

·         Develop key messages and content for media articles, interviews, social media posts 

·         Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders 

·         Understand business goals and be able to translate that into a communication strategy and plan; contribute toward business communication and corporate reputation building activities 

·         Write press releases, executive messages, talking points and press notes for trade, financial and mainline media both in India and for key international markets

·         Build key media and trade and industry relations

·         Build marketing collateral including product and brand advertising, product brochures, trade and exhibition communication, customer communication

·         Maintain a calendar of events and work proactively across global locations and business verticals to identify and execute branding and PR opportunities 

·         Prior experience in digital marketing and/or social media management would be essential 

·         Familiar with new media tools and formats such as podcasts, corporate videos, YouTube content, internal communication tools  

·         Contribute content and design input for the corporate website and other digital assets 

·         An FMCG or pharma manufacturing or sales and marketing background would be preferred although not necessary 

·         PR agency experience would be preferred 

·         Excellent communication skills including experience of writing for diverse global audiences
