Job Details

Sales Management
1.       Responsible for the action road map to achieve Airport to Airport sales growth across in the designated region                      
2.       Interact, engage and comprehensively understand the requirements of agents and customers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Airport to Airport sales team to satisfy the requirements.
3.       Drive the periodic review of business from agents and build penetration to augment and improve future sales.
4.      Lead and drive the practice of reviewing stakeholder satisfaction of the involved external and internal stakeholders for effective and efficient sales process and delivery.
5.       Identify and onboard, new key agents/clients and drive a strong relationship on trust and high performance to generate more yield and revenue.
.       GSSA Management and weekly co-ordination of sales activities

Sales Management
1.       Map the International sales network to ensure maximum coverage across regions.
2.       Create and develop new routes.
3.       Stich the international network with domestic network
 
Stakeholder Engagement
1.        Work closely with AAI, Airport O&Ms, Third Party Services, GSAs, Flight dispatch, as well as govt. and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient cargo handling and customer delight.
2.       Build trust and respect to enhance quality of relationship and service with stakeholders to ensure productive and efficient working processes

People Management
1.        Allocate and review tasks/targets periodically and to dedicated and shared resources.
2.       Create an environment of learning and support team members to realize their individual goals

Champion and participate to create impact, and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives towards organization transformation
