Desired Profile	Provide on-ground support for training execution – Eg: Training content print, training infrastructure readiness, Trainer’s support, Invoice management, contracting, etc. Maintain records of Learning and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements in our learning portal. Work as a Learning Portal Administrator. Training Analytics and Training Communication HR activities & Analytics related to People Development, Learning Management, Talent Management, New Employee Orientation (Position Induction/ Quarterly Induction), etc.
