Job Description
    • Support in designing and evaluating Learning Programs 
    • Support in various cross-functional HR Projects 
    • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. 
    • Keep track of the Budget and prepare reports of expenses. 
    • Provide support to Business HR in rolling out various employee development initiatives 

    • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in Learning and development   
Desired Profile
    • Provide on-ground support for training execution – Eg: Training content print, training infrastructure readiness, Trainer’s support, Invoice management, contracting, etc. 
    • Maintain records of Learning and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements in our learning portal. Work as a Learning Portal Administrator. 

    • Training Analytics and Training Communication  
    • HR activities & Analytics related to People Development, Learning Management, Talent Management, New Employee Orientation (Position Induction/ Quarterly Induction), etc.
