Job Description
    1. Providing leadership in building a strong distribution network. Appointing new dealers, revival of stressed dealers with proper monitoring and termination of non-performing dealers as per the defined process.
    2. Developing long term vision and network enlargement strategy for “New Business Vertical “
    3. Work with regional team for identifying new dealer prospects, shortlisting of prospects/ candidates, Analysis of their business plans and arranging interviews at various levels for the final selection.
    4. Managing relationship with channel partners for their business requirements like financial claims, network expansion requests, legal formalities, disputes, performance issues, etc. and providing effective solutions for business continuity.

    5. Travelling is must.
