Job Details

Sound knowledge of Welding, bending, Machining and Robotic processes. Responsible for below,

Feasibility study of new components

  Taking Make vs Buy decisions & P-BOM preparation.

  Process, facility planning with proving of the same in line with agreed milestones

  Coordination with Design team and other stake holders

 Coordination with Line builder/supplier for Tooling and Equipment requirement

  Identification of internal customer requirements and preparation of technical details and its validation

 Preparation of Process documents like, PFMEA, PFD, Process plan, Control plan, SOP etc

  Preparation of Project plan, line layout, RFQ and definition of requirement

  Installation and commissioning of Toolings and Equipments as per project timeline.

Identification and implementation of opportunities to make more efficient processes

  Productivity improvement by using tool like Automation, LCA etc

Responsible to engage all cross functions for the implementation needs
