·         Managing the Compliance and risk policy

·         Preparing risk policies for various products across the group

·         Data management for various stakeholders of the company

·         Product knowledge and Managing transactional approvals

·         Managing the disbursement process through the Kissandhan Operations team

·         Presenting Credit Proposals to RMC and Product approvals/modifications

·         Process changes for improving efficiency, TAT, team productivity etc.
