JD for Cluster Head – Micro LAP (secured) and Micro Loan (Unsecured) for the states of Up and Rajasthan – One each and proposed locations would be :

1.      Eastern UP (Covering – Gorakhpur, Basti, Deoria, Maharajganj, Khushinagar) Or

2.      Eastern UP (Covering – Raebarelly, Unnao, Lucknow, Ameethi, Barabanki, Bahraich)

3.      Rajashtan 1 (Covering – Kota, Baran, Sawaimadhupur, Bundi, Indergarh) Or

4.      Rajasthan 2 (Covering – Ajmer, Pushkar, Bhilwara, Nagour, Rajasmand) Or

5.      Rajasthan 3 (Covering – Neemrana, Kotputli, Alwar, Ringus, Chomu, Shahpura)

Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in LAP (Secured) and Unsecured loan preferably from NBFC space.

·        Should have complete experience of End to End process i.e from Sourcing èlogin à Sanction à disbursement à PDDs à Collections.

·        Candidate will be fully responsible for P/L of given territory, portfolio quality, team management, training etc.

·        He should be able to handle a team of 15-20 team members including BSMs, RMs, Collection team, Executive and also Vendors (Legal and Technical).

·        Candidate should have experience in the assigned geography and should have good understanding of –ve areas in the assigned territory.

·        He / She should have good knowledge of procedure and charges for creation of Registered Mortgage.

·        Should be good communication and team management abilities.
