To get done ITR & Income Tax Computation
To coordinate with Internal Audits considering ICoFR and RCM of the company wrt to Finance & Accounts, Treasury, Cash & Bank etc.

GST compliances - 10 States
Filing of GST returns and coordinate with Vat consultants
Reply of All GST/VAT notices and Apeals thereof
Managing Cost centre wise reports of various states and Review of Monthly GSTR-1 & 3B returns of all states.
ITC allocation of all direct and Indirect expenses as mandated by the GST Act.

Income Tax, TDS, GST
Filing of Returns and Deposit of various taxes under Income tax and TDS
To get done the Income tax assessments,
Preparation and onward submission of various details
Comply with all income tax notices.

Review of MTM Maintained with the Dealers and their Balance maping with Accounts

Approval, review and process of all daily vouchers. Purchase, Sales, Journal, Bank payment and receipt.

Bank related Compliances:
Review and submission of Monthly stock and receivable statements to Banks.
Preparation of Quarterly FFR-1 & Half yearly FFR -2 as per banks requirement.
Preparation for various bank related information for further review by seniors for onward submission.
To get done bank related tasks like BG, FDR preparation in addition to normal routine tasks
