Responsibilities

Ø  Proposal writing and draft concept paper, Business Development & Marketing, policy work relatedto healthcare sector, digital health missions, Ayushman Bharat, Universal health coverage, etc.

Ø  Develop policy briefs and representations, work on stakeholder consultations and meetings for policy discussions, carry our surveys for policy inputs, provide policy feedback to relevant ministries, regulatory authorities, nodal agency i.e Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, NHA, ICMR, DGHS, NHM, NABH, NABL and other relevant health department &associations;participate in government meetings.

Ø  Should be able to conceptualize, develop and execute sectoral events including budgeting, website content, Speakers, Speeches, social media, prog content, post event reports, etc

Ø  Should be able to build relationship with concerned stakeholders.

Ø  Increase membership from relevant sectors.

Ø  Revenue Generation through Sponsorships for conferences, events& Memberships etc.

Ø  Maintain and build database for reaching out to speakers and Sponsors for department and annual conferences.

Ø  Ensure Social media promotion of relevant activities on various platforms

Qualification Requirements and Core Competencies

·         Master’s in public health /Hospital Administration/ Hospital management/ /Biotechnology plus MBA will be preferred.

·         Must have 6+ years of relevantexperience.

·         Capable to lead, present and sell effectively.

·         Knowledge of quality, standardization, and compliances 

·         Self-motivated, disciplined, dedicated, and punctual professional.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally.
