     Designing and implementing a comprehensive learning & development process framework to support the business.
    Creating learning opportunities across regions- in person learning to virtual micro knowledge sharing platforms.
    Strong focus on capability building through mindset changes- HiPo identification are Senior Management, creating IDP’s, charting our learning journeys leading to identifying successors and their development journeys there on.
    Designing & implementing holistic L&D strategy to meet short-term & long-term business objectives with focus on key areas such as growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
    Device, implement and monitor all digital initiatives- communication plan, enabling training, rewards /recognition and monitoring adoption of digital initiatives.
